Significant Expansion

In 2023, our business saw substantial growth. We increased the number of restaurants we supplied and introduced a wider variety of products, including in-house creations like Wagyu skewers and more. This year, we also established our own butcher and cold room, allowing us to store and manage a broader range of Wagyu products. Having our own facilities meant better control over quality and inventory, enabling us to meet the growing demand from both restaurants and direct consumers. Our reputation as a reliable supplier of premium Wagyu beef solidified, and we continued to innovate and expand our offerings.
